As Delicari transitioned from an artisanal operation to a factory, it needed to gain efficiency without losing the contrast that set it apart in the category.

Until then, yogurts and ice creams were packaged in black polyethylene containers, with manually applied labels designed for a flexible, small-scale context. The challenge was not simply to change materials or automate processes. It was to preserve what had already become brand code: the iconic container shape, the black presence, immediate readability, and a restrained graphic language with its own character.

The transition introduced blow-molded transparent PET containers and industrial shrink sleeve labels applied before filling. These changes improved production efficiency and expanded the available surface for information and visual elements.

Delicari’s container is not just a vessel; it is part of the brand system. At this stage, the objective was to preserve the formal identity of the design while adapting it to a new industrial process, refining lines, curves, and critical areas without compromising the visual signature already established.

The use of transparent PET and shrink sleeves also improved labeling consistency, replacing manual application, while enabling more space for information and illustration.

The black label was retained to reinforce recognition, while updated and larger illustrations made ingredients more legible.

As Delicari expanded beyond its own stores into broader distribution, the packaging system needed to perform across different contexts. The result is a structure that supports scale without losing identity.
