Oliq: design for a growing portfolio

Oliq is a Brazilian brand born in the Serra da Mantiqueira, dedicated to the production of olive oils, farm products, gastronomy, and experiences.

With its own olive groves in São Bento do Sapucaí, it brings together agricultural production, olive oil extraction, product development, a restaurant, an emporium, and visitor experiences.Olive oils are at the center of the brand’s activity, but Oliq has expanded its presence through the possibilities offered by the land itself: extra virgin and flavored olive oils, avocado oil, jams, granolas, tapenades, coffees, chocolates, cosmetics, and other products that express the diversity of the farm. In addition to its store, Oliq also welcomes visitors for guided tours, tastings, and gastronomic experiences, bringing the public closer to the processes of cultivation, harvesting, extraction, and production.

The expansion of the portfolio introduced products of different natures, packaging in different sizes and formats, and new communication demands. In this context, we developed solutions to help Oliq’s identity adapt more consistently to these distinct needs.

1.6 oz / 45g Jam Jars

In jars of just 45g, the label area is minimal. To clearly differentiate the flavors, we used three-letter codes inspired by airport baggage tags: PIM, AMO, ESA, LIM. The full flavor name remains on the label, but the code allows for quick recognition.
