Movement and expansion as design principles

The HPX CORP and HPX CAPITAL PARTNERS

HPX’s identity (Corp and Capital Partners) explores motion as a design principle. Our geometric symbol, with seven blades in a radial configuration, captures the dynamics of transformation and progress. This visual language of momentum extends across the entire brand system, creating a cohesive narrative of acceleration and growth.

HPX Corp was established as a blank check company formed to pursue a business combination with a Brazilian company, with the objective of accessing international capital markets. Sponsored by HPX Capital Partners, the company was structured to operate within the regulatory and institutional framework of the United States capital markets and was listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

Brandium developed the brand and visual identity for HPX Corp and HPX Capital Partners, creating a sober and consistent visual system to support institutional communications with investors and the public in the context of a SPAC listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

Design Context

The identity needed to function in a highly regulated, investor-facing environment. As a publicly listed SPAC in the US market, HPX required a visual system capable of conveying institutional presence, clarity and consistency across multiple touchpoints, without adopting a promotional or expressive tone.

The visual identity developed for HPX is based on a geometric symbol composed of radial elements, suggesting movement and direction without figurative references. The system was designed to be sober, scalable and adaptable, supporting use across corporate materials, investor presentations and digital environments.

Typography, color palette and graphic structure were defined to prioritize legibility, hierarchy and visual coherence, ensuring consistency in institutional and investor-facing communications.

The identity was conceived as a supporting structure. Its role is to frame information clearly and reinforce institutional presence.

Subsequent Development

Following the completion of the branding work, HPX Corp continued its trajectory as a publicly listed company and later completed a business combination with Ambipar, resulting in the creation of Ambipar Response, which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
